An Update

At PXT Equity, we pursued an innovative blend of venture capital and private equity. We bought majority stakes in young, promising companies and developed strategic ways to grow them.

Flycatcher was one of those companies. Over time, the aggressive financial structure we pursued was hugely successful. As we devoted more resources towards this venture, it became obvious that it had the potential to meaningfully overtake the rest of our work at PXT in terms of manpower and scale. In combination with shifting founder priorities, it made sense to merge most of PXT’s supporting services into Flycatcher.

PXT Equity was a start-up led by a group of young and ambitious friends. Those who left the company did so with the knowledge that they had done excellent work here. They continue to strive and achieve success in their careers.
